Refund and return

Each item is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty

All Blues Jewelry pieces include a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects only.
Any repairs or modifications made by someone other than Blues Jewelry will void the warranty. For claims, provide your order number or receipt and images of the issue.

The warranty does not cover:

Loss or theft.

Scratches, dents, or damage from regular wear.

Discoloration caused by perfume, lotions, chemicals, or chlorine.

Cracks on pearls.

Damage caused by not following our care guide.

Incorrect size or length purchased.
